Course on Repair and Restoration of Morgan Side Saddles - Saddle Making School
The Morgan Side Saddle is one of the more popular brands of antique saddles owed today. There is a demand for repairing and/or restoring these saddles because they are family heirlooms. The course will cover tree repair if necessary, replacement of any or all leather pieces that are in poor condition and learning to make patterns for the replacement parts. If the student has a saddle they want to use for this class, they may bring it. If the school supplies the saddle, the tuition is increased to $3,000. As are all of our classes, the training is hands-on and the saddle goes home with the student.
The fee for this two-week course is $2,500-$3,000 due at the beginning of the course and non-refundable.
