The sixteen classes we taught in 2014 made this our busiest year in the Saddle Making School. We added new classes and some students stayed to take multiple classes. This worked out well for their future enterprises. Several veterans attended and took advantage of VA benefits to fund their training. We also had a retired special education teacher, a retiree from the Air Force, a horse trainer and an equestrian college professor attend. A husband and wife team have successfully opened their own saddle shop and a VA VocRehab student has set up a shop and is building a business. Others are using the training to further their careers or add to the enjoyment of hobbies. We wish them all success and thank them for their patronage.
