Oh for that golden age before the coming of the wire when a man could ride the free range! Here is a description of the Golden Age saddle: a reproduction 1865 half seat (no padding), A-frame fork, Mexican tall pelican horn, Sam Stagg rigging, a 16 and ½" high-back seat with scalloped binding to match the scalloped seat where it ties into the jockeys, slot seat, outside stirrup leathers, full rigging, all brass hardware, egg-shaped skirts, deep roper stirrups, fully basket weaved and border tooled and topped off with silver and gold conchos. They are not showing in the picture, but I made saddle-bags and bridle tooled to match the saddle. These pieces are shown underTack and Saddle Accessories. This saddle is available for immediate purchase and shipment for the sale price of $2,600.00. Included for this price are saddle, belly band, bridle with bit and saddlebags. Shipping cost will be by UPS calculations.
